Chemical structure of HU6 according to Pubchem

Pubchem has a listing for HU6 ( Pubchem 156009087), but it seems entirely inconsistent with the article's description of HU6 as a prodrug of 2,4-dinitrophenol. Any ideas? Innerstream ( talk) 15:23, 30 December 2023 (UTC) reply

Hello, according to the patent I found, chemical structure is 5-[(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)methyl]-1-methyl-2-nitro-1H-imidazole. It is similar to azathioprine.

@ Innerstream:, if 5-[(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)methyl]-1-methyl-2-nitro-1H-imidazole(PubChem CID 135205989) is the Correct chemical structure, Could you update this HU6.SVG?-- Htmlzycq ( talk) 05:22, 25 February 2024 (UTC) reply

Probable chemical structure of HU6 according to other sources
Thanks Htmlzycq. Although I can't find anything that directly connects this chemical compound to the compound in clinical trials named HU6, from what I can see on Rivus Pharmaceutical's website and from what I can deduce from expected properties of this compound (it looks like a prodrug of 2,4-dinitrophenol) I'm fairly sure they are the name. I've updated the infobox accordingly. If someone can find a source that directly connects the two, that would be helpful. Innerstream ( talk) 21:40, 25 February 2024 (UTC) reply
