Y Article is long enough (2717 characters), new enough (moved to mainspace 1 July, nominated 3 July), and article is within policy (AGF on paywalled sources)
Y Hooks are short enough, interesting enough (for an article about a ticket system), in the article, and well cited. I prefer ALT2, as they're more concise
Y QPQ exempt (DYKcheck says they have
0 previous DYK noms)

Yes, using "Honolulu's HOLO card" would be fine. Referencing Hawaiʻi in the hook doesn't work as well since it kind of implies the card can be used outside of Oʻahu; it'd be like saying "Washington State's
ORCA card" or "California's
TAP card" when those cards are respectively only valid in the Seattle and Los Angeles metropolitan areas.
