Winfield does not list her in his book covering the Royal Navy between 1793 and 1817, suggesting that she was never commissioned, at least not as far as the Admiralty knew. However, it was not uncommon for local commanders on distant stations to commission vessels without informing the Admiralty. Colledge does mention her, and he states that she was still listed as late as 1810; apparently he was unaware of her loss. The National Maritime Museum in Greenwich lists her as beeing bought or built in 1805, and gives the name of her master in 1806 as A. Bloodsworth. In any case, she was not the only HMS Integrity.
