Revell (airport) case

The Revell case isn't really about NJ law, it is about national FOPA law. Mr. Revell had the option having the airline maintain possession of the luggage that contained the firearm. 108.18.73.68 ( talk) 09:25, 9 October 2013 (UTC) reply

While this is true, it is relevant in that NJ considers it illegal possession. There is no state law to protect anyone who checks in a firearm at a NJ airport. Case law also only currently applies to NJ since the case was decided at the third circuit and applies only to NJ airports. Ryan ( talk) 15:53, 2 April 2014 (UTC) reply

Cleaned up assault ban

I didn't remove/add anything, per se... just made it look nicer and more uniform/organized by outlining the sections and arranging them into nicer, uniform, groups. Skiendog ( talk) 08:21, 6 February 2017 (UTC) reply
