I removed the notable and expert tag. There are allready more the two independent references on the article. The information here is quite clear. I don't see any particular reason, why an extra expert is needed here.
I happen to be the Wikipedia expert on Systems science and I do think there is allready enough data in the article. With Chinese scientits it is always more difficult to get enough information, but this scientists is one of the most important scientists in the field of systems science, beeing the president of the International Federation for Systems Research. -- Marcel Douwe Dekker ( talk) 14:02, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
