Support per nomination and the fact that
WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS to a large degree. Just a glance at the first page of the 8,376 names listed under
Category:Brazilian footballers confirms that there are scores of undisambiguated mononymous footballers, such as non-uniquely named
Abílio,
Ademilson,
Adoniran,
Adryan or
Alceu. Although a good number of mononymous footballers are uniquely named, the ones that are not uniquely named, such as those five or
Gregore, usually have only one, two or three other notable people that also have such a given name, although all of those others are not mononymous, but use a surname. Thus, if we were to retain
Gregore as
Gregore (footballer) and create a two-name
Gregore disambiguation page which would also list
Gregore J. Sambor, then scores (hundreds?) of other names, such as the five names listed above, could be nominated as a follow-up to the same process. —

Support since Gregore Sambor is probably not commonly just "Gregore", and also from the page view comparison
[2] (using the previous title "Gregore de Magalhães da Silva" in the query since it seems the pageviews analysis tool isn't allowing me to query with "Gregore (footballer)" for this time period).
