Just changed the Sandwich Maker bit to read Manufacturer. My understanding is that Subway actually produce more sandwiches in a day, But Greencore make the most pre-packed units. I believe their official teminology is that they "manufacture" the most. :) JW ;)
Their could be the potential of a separate article in this with sufficent history, etc? Djegan 14:22, 18 March 2006 (UTC)

The article says "was established in 1926 in Carlow as a private enterprise known as the Irish Sugar Manufacturing Company, Limited. The Sugar Manufacture Act, 1933 was passed to promote self-sufficiency in sugar manufacture; this Act was brought on by a crisis in the industry and resulted in the nationalisation of sugar manufacture." This needs more explanation, with information on what sugar was manufactured and what the crisis was. 71.230.16.111 ( talk) 07:59, 14 December 2023 (UTC)
