Errr, I hope that the state of the article as it is in right now, is still work in progress? Even if it is, I don't really know if wiki allows it to create an article about an album, before it is released, with nothing really known. Robster1983 ( talk) 12:21, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

Speedy deletions at commons tend to take longer than they do on Wikipedia, so there is no rush to respond. If you feel the deletion can be contested then please do so (
commons:COM:SPEEDY has further information). Otherwise consider finding a replacement image before deletion occurs.
A further notification will be placed when/if the image is deleted. This notification is provided by a Bot, currently under trial -- CommonsNotificationBot ( talk) 00:52, 22 May 2011 (UTC) |
I honestly do not feel that this album can be classified as a greatest hits album, compilation is more representative. Just because something has "greatest hits" in the title does not mean that is what it is (most of the time that is just marketing) and the addition of "& more" allows for it to be called a compilation. It lacks all of the characteristics of a gh such as being concise and selective. ALL of her singles have been included regardless of performance and another 50% of the tracks have never even been released as singles (a lot are only random album tracks). The division of the discs into a collection of duets, b-sides, remixes etc also supports the compilation theory, being a collection of hit singles and miscellaneous. Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.
To take part in any discussion, or to review a more detailed deletion rationale please visit the relevant image page (File:Vm 2011 03 28 paparizou 01.jpg) This is Bot placed notification, another user has nominated/tagged the image -- CommonsNotificationBot ( talk) 14:43, 30 March 2012 (UTC) |
