THE BCGNIS site gave specific locational parameters which I'll quote here for any eager-beaver mapmakers who'd care to make a map for this:
"Canyon of Stikine extends approximately 45 miles upriver, from a point 2 miles above Telegraph Creek HBC Post." (map 5C, 1929). Today, the extent of Grand Canyon of the Stikine is understood as follows: east/upstream entrance in the vicinity of 58 02 27 x 130 05 31, just above is a series of rapids and riverbends, and extending westward/downstream approximately 80 km or 49 miles to the rapids at 57 55 16 x 131 06 10 near the mouth of Line Creek, above Telegraph Creek (community)."
