How do they circumvent the one mile liquor law?
The bar in the hotel serves mixed drinks with hard liquor. This would appear to be a violation of the one mile liquor law that's been on the books for 150 years, albeit amended to now only apply to hard liquor. This topic deserves mention and explanation.
