Sequence of entries

I've had a go at putting the entries into logical groups and flagged them up using HTML comments. IMHO this makes the list more rational but

  • The groups are arbitrary, e.g. should city walls near the castle be grouped as walls or castle?
  • The list may already have been in a logical sequence that I didn't spot
  • If the groupings are retained, we could do with subheadings within the list, probably achieved by splitting the table.
