This service was renamed from "Government Electronic Directory Services" to "GCdirectory" on 2016-11-01 (Cite: http://gcdirectory-gcannuaire.ssc-spc.gc.ca/en/GCD/?pgid=002), so the Wikipedia page needs to be moved and updated.
