Is Google Latitude now just a feature of the Google Maps app? (Even if so, in my personal opinion it would be a feature worthy of its own article.) Open4D ( talk) 19:26, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

LOL - not very "encyclopedia" sounding. Probably should remove those words, but leave the rest of the comment in.
Also, I find I'm unable to use it from PCs recently - any updates? Did Google discontinue the service except for Android phones? I know they made it no longer available for all BlackBerry platforms, when they withdrew Google Maps for BlackBerry 7 and earlier, even though old binaries work fine... Someone unbiased should probably write about that on the article page here too...
