Godolphin's US division ostensibly closed in November 2011 but the runners were kept and were raced on behalf of Godolphin LLC by the Darley Stud trainers Tom Albertrani, Eoin Harty and Kiaran McLaughlin.

I know that two sets of silks are making their way around the tracks. Hmmm. But Sheikh Monhmmad also owns/controls Darley (in some corporate way), correct? I guess that's what see Also links are for, eh?

Yes, Darley is owned by Sheikh Mohammed; when I say that the US division closed, I should clarify that I mean just Godolphin (USA) - Darley continues to operate successfully in the US. The runners previously belonging to Godolphin's US division are now managed by Darley and - to quote their corporate blurb - "the best of these horses [are transferred] to Godolphin to race in the famous blue silks."
