Because I don't really know about moves/renames and I figured either (A) the canoer wasn't important enough for anyone to watch or care or (B) someone who is more expert with moves and names would fix it. Thanks!

talk) 02:57, 2 September 2016 (UTC) PS, Also the canoer's article was a measly two sentences about a career loss in the mid 1960s, so I was dubious there was really enough there for an article at all. But I didn't feel strongly enough about it to AFD the canoer bio. The sheriff on the other hand... a whole lot more can be written about him. There are many RSs available to anyone wanting to build on it.

There are RSs regarding the sheriff's connections to "constitutional sheriff" ideas/movement/whatever.
Palmer has a bunch of special deputies that RSs seem to suggest are outside the normal power of the sheriff
