Manuelhp42: Overuse of the term leading to describe organizations he is or was associated with is mentioned explicitly in
WP:PEACOCK as something better avoided. State-of-the-art is similar. Recognition and Awards sections, especially when presented in list/resume format, strike me as promotional in form. If a source goes into any depth about why he deserves some award, it's preferable to use it as source that he did that thing than that he won that award.
