I agree. I've returned to this article a number of times. He's an incredibly influential scholar with a substantial reputation, and frankly deserves an objective, dispassionate account of long and successful life. But the style of this article is nauseating. Those last few sentences about someone imitating him at a lecture? Crazy.

I agree. I've returned to this article a number of times. He's an incredibly influential scholar with a substantial reputation, and frankly deserves an objective, dispassionate account of long and successful life.
