"Giuseppe Fieschi was honored in a religious service at a Moscow church at the prompting of Soviet General Kotskov, the inventor of the Katyusha rocket launcher." If you Google "General Kotskov" you will find this exact sentence repeated elsewhere, Marshal Katukov, pictures of Marshal Zhukov and nothing else. Nothing on the Katyusha's wiki page about any of these people inventing it either.
