If Gin Cooley won a film award, then what for? For modelling? Singing? What? It effectively tells the reader nothing useful, when what they really want at this point in the article is immediate information on who Gin Cooley is.
Besides that, even the rest of the article doesn't explain further what the award is for. What is the "Royal Reel Award" given for? Who is it given to? The director (who is not the article subject) or the main actress, or to the film itself? --
