Lugnuts defines Bailey as a "Jamaican radio broadcaster" (
diff). In a way misleading because, while a Jamaican native, Bailey was an American broadcaster. And, as noted in the lede, he pioneered Caribbean broadcasting in the US, as much as Jamaican. I'm not sure he was ever on Jamaican radio.

Lugnuts, "Caribbean Radio Broadcaster" is what I put in the lede, quoting the Daily News. "Caribbean" has just a touch more of a cultural implication. I'll switch it to that.
