I reverted the so called "link spam" because I feel the deleted links are relevant:

I took the liberty of termporarily removing the "as it still shows no signs of release as of" following the recent announcement of a 'date' on this [1] page. Hopefully the promise of a 'Fall 2007' release date is there because he can make it and actually get this damn book out.
