The Gerry Baker page should be the one retained, as it is far more complete/detailed, and also Gerry Baker is the name he was known by during his career (per WP:COMMONNAME). If there's any info on the Gerard Baker page (although at a quick glance I couldn't see any) it should be merged into the Gerry Baker page and then the Gerard Baker page should be made a redirect ChrisTheDude 20:36, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
