I have added all in-line references where I know the citations. I have asked B to look at his original research and find which articles he cites his information from, add the citations, and make sure the section on historical context relates to Lillo's works. The other information was from the original article - which I was told I had to keep and could not delete - and I do not have those citations. Thank you!
