Assessed as start class for now; needs to be fully cited (at a minimum, each paragraph should finish with a citation covering all the material in that paragraph). Most of the guff about his family is probably too much detail. Article would benefit from a quick copy edit. It would nice to know why his promotion was initially rejected by Lee.
