Locations mostly come from the Romany Society website. Almost certainly "King's Cross" is a typo for "King Cross", a Methodist chapel in Halifax, as a handful of Google hits support [1].

Is anyone planning to scan and upload (to Wikisource) any of his work? I'd like to do something over Christmas, but there's no point in us duplicating effort. Of course, any illustrations not by him may still be in copyright - Reg Gammon only died in 1997, for instance.
