I'd like to nominate Gene Hackman article for A-class assessment review since WikiProject biography doesn't have any assessment/review processes for A Class articles. I need two or more editors to review this article, give feedback, then assess if it's a A class or not.

I am looking forward to completing this review. I'm trying to branch out beyond my typical spaceflight/science genre for GA reviews, and have long been a fan of Hackman since Crimson Tide (my dad would argue it was since seeing Enemy of the State, during which I learned the f-word from Hackman's character).

I have completed my initial review, and will place the review on hold. This article needs quite a bit of work before getting to GA status. Please let me know if you have any questions/comments.

As no improvements have been made to the article, I am rejecting its GAN nomination.

I dunno understand this section at all (external links for Gene Hackman).
The awards context escapes me, as it makes no sense to me with no legends for the table describing even what it means that George C. Scott preceded Hackman and declined to accept an Oscar with the same annotation for Marlin Brando, but as succeeding Hackman - what do these even refer to?
Also, there appears to be a small filmography table for Hackman in this section related to orphaned television credits?
What I've mentioned above, these aren't even external links at all.
If someone could explain please?
