Gaya one of the seven holiest cities of India should have its own space. -- Bhadani 17:48, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
The statement that Gaya has the only international airport in Bihar is not correct. Patna is also an international airport. I'll come back and fix this when I am logged in. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.120.117.67 ( talk • contribs) of 10.01.07

As habitual the confusion betweeen district and city: the city has, according the article, near 3.500.000, that is the districte population. Lot af places quoted are from the district (that has article own) instead the city. All the articles about indian districts ans its capitals must be revised, and, when adequate, corrected.-- 83.56.239.246 ( talk) 15:03, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Hello, I have made some changes on how well connected Gaya is. Hope it is accepted as they are the latest info. Few distance numbers were incorrect and I have modified them. Please let me know if anyone finds them objectionable. I have removed Business Section where mention of zenith studio is given as pioneer of business. Its a small famous studio in gaya but its not at all pioneer of business. Its very much biased and hence I have deleted it.

I think page headings are not properly organised. Headings like Importance to Hindu Religion, Holy sites in Gaya, Jama Masjid, Shrine of Hazrat Makhdoom Syed Shah Durwesh Ashraf, Baitul Anwar may be clubbed into one. Also the ordering is not proper. More information like climate and culture should be included. As the page is a part of several WikiProjects and represents an important City and tourist place, standards should be kept in mind during eit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Abksrv ( talk • contribs) 05:48, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
Considering the importance of the article across multiple wiki projects, we need some good images for inclusion. I can see many historical images at bl.uk, but not sure of copyright rules. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 113.193.150.191 ( talk) 17:03, 16 January 2014 (UTC)
The result of the move request was: Not moved – Despite cogent arguments by the nominator, there is wide-ranging and policy-supported consensus to keep Gaya as a disambiguation page. — JFG talk 15:31, 19 November 2016 (UTC)

"Climate As Gaya is surrounded by hills from three sides and one side by rivers so the climate of Gaya is seasonable (means in winter it is too cold and in summer it is too hot). Climate is characterised by relatively high temperatures and evenly distributed precipitation throughout the year"
Precipitation chart shows a monsoon pattern with most falling in May-September. "evenly distributed" is therefore incorrect. Mijasesteban ( talk) 10:08, 9 December 2017 (UTC)
