Does anyone have any information on the Kirkintilloch/Moodiesburn section of the Garnkirk line, which was closed off in the early 80's? It now serves as a walkway but the steep embankments on either side and the old tunnel ( image) which now supports the A80 leave no doubt as to its history. 2.124.196.38 ( talk) 13:19, 4 May 2011 (UTC)
It's the Garnkirk and Glasgow Railway, not the Glasgow & Garnkirk Rly. Afterbrunel ( talk) 16:50, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
