This mountain appears on
Ordnance Survey Ireland maps as Galtymore Mountain. A
Google search yields about 11,100 results for Galtymore and about 1,200 results for Galteemore.

This article has been renamed from Galteemore to Galtymore as the result of a move request. -- Stemonitis 13:40, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
Overhauled this article (as per MacGillycuddy's Reeks, Purple Mountain and Brandon Mountain articles). Have merged the Galtee Mountains article with Galtymore. Most of the topics, geology, naming, hill walking etc. are the same for both. Ensure that we have at least one substantive article on the Galtees that has a better chance of being maintained in the future (the individual articles were more like stubs). Gave a full list of the 24 peaks with key details. Britishfinance ( talk) 14:40, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
