That seems reasonable, though the question is whether there is any more of Frontline's history than a brief note (as per
[1]): how far beyond a simple redirect does the merge go?

My suggestions : fronline would merely be part of list like many others on NTT article. or We should make only one article in detail for NTT including all their subsidiary or acquired one. All companies in a list have their articles as key pointers only. Not written like a proper Wikipedia article. eg :
