The article needs to make this clear:

Does it surround only the clitoral glans (the external part), or does it surrround the ENTIRE clitoris (most of which is internal)? Gringo300 11:10, 4 October 2005 (UTC) reply

From the research i've done, it appears that the frenulum clitoridis only surrounds the clitoral glans. Gringo300 01:25, 12 January 2006 (UTC) reply

Cutaneous fold
