capitalisation

Both references in the current version of the article have "submarine base" uncapitalised. Are there references that say that "Fremantle Submarine Base" is a proper noun? If not, I suggest that it should be uncapitalised, per MOS:CAPS. Mitch Ames ( talk) 02:12, 7 February 2016 (UTC) reply
