Both references in the
current version of the article have "submarine base" uncapitalised. Are there references that say that "Fremantle Submarine Base" is a proper noun? If not, I suggest that it should be uncapitalised, per
MOS:CAPS.

No big deal either way, I have no problem with it being changed, it is more important for expanding, as the details are far more important, it was a massive operation, yet it was officially secret.
