An anonymous user has claimed the support forums of Freemat are closed and there is no method for support. The claims are unwarranted. The software page provides a link for Google groups (where everyone can post and discuss) and also bug report and feature request links are active.
I am removing the claim. Sarmadys ( talk) 11:18, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
The Google groups are moderated and I know from experience that support questions are in fact blocked some times. Perhaps this was not clear in the initial edit.
