Fred Espenak has retired from NASA in 2009

Larry,
As I mentioned in my initial reply, Fred maintains that website on a volunteer basis. He does it on his own time; NASA does not pay him to do it. NASA just provides the web server upon which that data is displayed. Fred does the calculations because he's an eclipse fan. I'm sure when his time permits, Fred will update the site.
