Did I not read somewhere that Serrano had an affair with the Queen?

– The subject of the entry looks like the clear primary topic among all his namesakes, with more visits and no reason not to assume the subject has a greater long-term notability than the namesakes. Along (and probably edging) "General Serrano" or "Marshal Serrano" the title is by far the most recognisable name for the subject in English-language sources.--Asqueladd ( talk) 06:04, 29 July 2019 (UTC) --Relisting.
