Don't see why this would be controversial, an admin should really just do it. I'll CSD G6 it.

Francis Walsh should be the disambiguation page not
Frank Walsh (disambiguation), Frank Walsh should be a redirect to Francis Walsh as an alternative usage and then the Francis/Frank Walsh articles should be at their full name ie
Francis Raymond Walsh instead of Francis Walsh(bishop),
Francis Henry Walsh instead of
Frank Walsh. Alternative is that
Francis Walsh should be a redirect to the dab page not the Premier of SA(note:since cmt redirect changed to this article), while the premier maybe the most notable I'd doubt its meets
primary topic requirments

No, we don't do dab by middle names, because of
WP:COMMONNAME. If any of these Franks are known as Francis Something Walsh, they will stay there. If they're known as Frank Something Walsh, they'll stay there. If we have multiple Francis Walshs or Frank Walshs, then we dab with occupation in parentheses. DBD 08:23, 14 May 2011 (UTC)reply
OK, I'll relist on requested move. (Too many Franks to wrap my head around!)
