ATL1 I like the hook presented:... that Francis Bacon played in the first
National Football League game and became the first NFL player to return a punt for a touchdown? New enough (5x expanded), long enough, public domain free photo, article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems. Also quite interesting.

Bruxton, I don't see any changes between the original hook and your proposed alternate hook, which you've labeled ATL1. If there aren't any, then please don't repeat the hook in your review nor give it a label. If there are, then someone else will have to review the new ALT hook, since reviewers can't review their own hook proposals. If the hook is unchanged, then please finish your review: if you approve it, please add the appropriate icon/symbol from the table above the edit window to the beginning of your final review (a tick if fully approved; if there are any issues, use the "?" or "/" icon as appropriate). Reviews are not considered complete without an icon; we have bots that need the icon to key off of. Thank you very much, and welcome to DYK!

My apologies regarding the ATL1 label and misfire of the missing tick. - I am still getting used to working in here. I meant to say that I liked the original hook. I corrected the items mentioned.
