Why does Diet For a Small Planet get redirected to the authors bio? Is there really no article on the book alone? 17.232.148.117 17:44, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
There are two paragraphs inexplicably inserted into the author's biography that provide no biographical context and instead read like critical review of the author's work. These should at the very least be moved from the section labeled 'biography' and possibly deleted altogether, as they are generally unattributed. It is also somewhat alarming that the most recent article revisions seem to have been made by the author or an agent thereof. This practice is not in keeping with the NPOV goals of Wikipedia. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.197.7.22 ( talk) 17:30, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
I've seen complaints of items being under the 'Biography' section that should be elsewhere. My comment is about an item missing from the 'Biography' section that should be there. The college that Frances Moore Lappe graduated from is listed along with her date of graduation, but no mention is made whatsoever of what she studied or majored in or what her degree upon graduation was. This is something that almost everyone has a desire to know about an author. In fact, it is something that I would say book readers often have a need to know. That information helps them assess the author's level of expertise on the subject of a book the author has written. Missy2468 ( talk) 22:41, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
