It says here that frailing is also known as claw-hammer, yet there is a separate article about claw-hammer (also linked from banjo) that describes a different style. Which is the true claw-hammer?
Since there seems to be confusion over frailing and clawhammer, I've marked both {{disputed}} and I'm planning to research the topic. IceKarma 15:41, 2005 Apr 14 (UTC)
You'll never win the frailing/clawhammer argument. I've been involved with discussions about these terms on various web forums for years, and there's simply no clear consensus among banjoists traditional or contemporary. I encourage cross-linking the two articles, and leaving it at that. -- RobHutten 14:06, 23 August 2005 (UTC)
