Under the section title "Fragments" a passage is quoted: "In January the people of Hims took...On the twenty-sixth of May the Saqilara went..." What's special about this passage. Is this the only surviving passage? Does Robert Hoyland quote no other passage in his book? A rationale must be provided as to why this passage, and this passage only must be quoted in the article. Can someone please clear for me why this contradicts the traditional date of the death of Muhammed? The sources never mentions Muhammed being alive. -- BelalSaid ( talk) 07:18, 29 October 2012 (UTC)
It would be great to see some details such as the manuscript(s) in which this passage is preserved, the original language, link to editions, etc. Grover cleveland ( talk) 15:40, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
