Article list versus synopsis
It doesn't seem necessary to comprehensively list every article in each anthology. Most Wiki articles about books and book, including anthologies and series (Best American Essays, Chicken Soup for the Soul) have synopses at most. I'm planning to take the long bullet point lists out, and replace them with a brief synopsis and perhaps information on how each volume was received.
