Not State Only

State is not the only foreign affairs agency with FSS employees, the other agencies have some, too. Amustard ( talk) 09:35, 31 May 2009 (UTC) reply

Carrier tracks?

Should that be "Career tracks"? PamD ( talk) 16:22, 2 September 2010 (UTC) reply

Not officially part of the Foreign Service??

Can somebody cite a source for this? If a person is appointed and becomes an appointee as a FS Specialist, why would a labor organization seek to exclude him/her? A person appointed in the Foreign Service is a "member of the Service" as defined by the FS Act. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 169.252.4.21 ( talk) 03:50, 22 August 2017 (UTC) reply
