No Sure Date of Footvolley in Olympics

There is convincing evidence that footvolley will be in the Olympics in the future. The sport has grown very quickly in the last few years. In addition, it combines two of the Olympic Games most attractive, and lucrative, sports: soccer and beach volleyball. There is however; no exact date as to when footvolley will be at a minimum introduced as a demonstration sport. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.180.105.173 ( talkcontribs) 05:12, 9 April 2008 (UTC) reply

Great Article

Footvolley is definately a fantastic sport - no doubt about that. The IOC may use the rule of a minimum of 75 countries playing a sport as a way filter system. The fact of the matter is that the IOC, like many governments and municipalities, around the world has had its share of corruption. The overwhelming piece of evidence is certain: the IOC does what brings in money to the Olympics.

Footvolley - clearly a commercially viable sports product is tops for quickly gaining IOC charter. Clearly the sport can draw the same commercial success as its other beach member: beach volleyball. Sponsors love beach volleyball because it entails so many perfect product/food/beverage/service associations: healthy, athletic, vacation, etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.180.105.173 ( talkcontribs) 05:20, 9 April 2008 (UTC) reply

Not a great article - yet

This needs a clearer summary of the game rules, early on. Earthlyreason ( talk) 10:49, 28 October 2008 (UTC) reply

As the section was original research without a single citation to allow it to be verified, I have removed it. Cheers -- Pak21 13:12, 4 December 2006 (UTC) reply

NPOV

There was a tag added to the page that alleges a NPOV violation, but nothing was placed here on the talk page. I have removed that tag, but modified the section to be more NPOV. Please add to these comments if you believe it's still biased. Fool4jesus ( talk) 17:36, 31 October 2008 (UTC) reply

Maybe we should run it through WIkiProject Brazil, and see what they say. Violask81976 21:30, 17 April 2007 (UTC) reply

This article was under the requested images of Brazil category, so I added some that I found on Flickr. I don't know if those are enough to remove the request. Mateussf ( talk) 23:46, 26 April 2015 (UTC) reply
