Why was the link to the picture from Kanye's Blog of the unseen portion of the music video deleted? I think this helps explain why we think there is more of the video coming soon. Joe ( talk) 00:21, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
I am not entirely sure I saw the real version of the 2nd video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-khHitD3OVg) but this hardly is classified as "stop motion animation". This is simply edited video at best, hardly animation at all. In fact I think it is a huge stretch to call it "animation" by any means. If you are going to use the word animation at all, I would recommend the word "pixilation" ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pixilation). That is the process of creating animation by using the human body. Using objects to animate with is called "stop motion". However, this video isn't really that either, it's more like quickly edited video. Zerocity ( talk) 06:02, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
why I didn't find any links to the alternate versions of the vid on the article? -- TiagoTiago ( talk) 14:42, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
The article has two 'Remixes' sections. This deserves looking into. BobAmnertiopsis ∴ ChatMe! 06:21, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
Why isn't it mentioned in this article? 72.165.115.67 ( talk) 02:47, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
Because samples generally aren't mentioned - they come under trivia sections, as a rule. I could also say Gil Scott Heron's "On Coming From A Broken Home" samples it too, incidentally.

Jeeez, this section is mind-numbing. Do we really need such a detailed week-by-week analysis? - eo ( talk) 15:55, 6 August 2010 (UTC)

That is the whole article. I will reread when the above are addressed. I'll conduct a source review after the prose is set.

Those are my thoughts. I'll place this on hold. Please ping me when ready for more comments. Z1720 ( talk) 02:09, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
Source review later. Z1720 ( talk) 02:12, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
Prose: The "reception" section for "Release and reception" still has the "X says Y" pattern, but I'm not going to let this prevent it from getting GA status. If you are looking to nominate this at FA, this will need to be fixed by removing the quotes and the reviewers names, and instead the text could say something like "Many reviewers positively commented on the use of synths." with multiple inline citations afterwards.
Source review: pass. Version reviewed.
Overall, this is a pass. Great work Kyle Peake. Z1720 ( talk) 19:18, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
