  • Stephen Flanders House - Amesbury (1665 c.) [17] [18] House still has historical value which is outside the scope of this list.
  • Dr. Thomas Delano House - Duxbury (1667 c.) [19]
  • Keene-Hatch House - Marshfield (1675 c.) [20] There is no mention of 17th century features at MACRIS, only that they think the house was built then. Not to be confused with Hatch Homestead and Mill Historic District which is not located on Summer Street.
  • Heywood House - Concord (1678 c.) [21] "Thought" to contain 17th century elements, nothing found for sources that say otherwise.
  • Thomas Gleason House - Framingham (1678 c.) [22]
