I found
which looks like, and technically is, word-salad. Separating words with slashes doesn't AFAIK constitute a clear and standard definition of the syntactic structure, but IMO the following fragment of the sentence is assimilable with less effort is clearer:
Hmm. I think this the following expresses exactly the same set of English spellings; is it any more comprehensible, or just wierder?:

Suggest deleteion. What does the image "Fighting in Bucharest (1821)" have to do with this article about expat Greeks in Russia forming a secret society, and then migrating closer to Greece? (I'm not saying that it's NOT relevant, but no relevance is shown in this article, except for an unrelated mention of additional members in "Wallachia".)
