We can only put in what we can source - they can pretty much grow in any soil, grow very quickly and their highly aggressive roots invade drains etc. so are not recommended for home gardens. Cas Liber ( talk · contribs) 21:13, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
the distribution on the page is shown to be exclusively along the east coat, but there is a well known M oreton Bay Fig in Geraldton, in the midwest of Western Australia.
I am not sure if this is relevant at all, might just be the only fig there planted intentionally, I haven't looked into it. Loomhigh ( talk) 04:18, 28 March 2024 (UTC)
