I have been working primarily on the section on newer uses and developments in felt. I agree that the historical section could use some help. See also?

Would it be proper to include a link to Baize under the see also section? In cue sports, this fiber is often called felt (mistakenly at that), as can be noted here and here. I personally feel that this would be fair. However, the article for Baize would have to be expanded to reflect this as well, to prevent misunderstanding. Archeological findings, anyone?

History section needs smth more. Has there been any definite historical findings of ancient felts? How they were dated, when and where defintely was felting discovered - sure, legend about st cristoph and his colleague has some real ground, but exactly what and where?
