I propose a redirecting of the article to Banks, or perhaps a merger with it. Article fails WP:NALBUMS, the entire article can be summed up in a couple of sentences on the main page. EP didn't chart, and only source that isn't related to buying the album or it's tracklist is one Billboard article, don't see why this article was brought into the mainspace to begin with to be honest.
