Well a quick read and i can see two things that jump out. There are no references to back any of the text up and the lead is rather short. Simply south ( talk) 22:55, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
Reassessed to C class for the same concerns that were listed above. There is quite a bit of good information here, but there are no footnotes within the article text, there are only three references listed at the end (for a locomotive class that was as widely used as the lead implies, there should be many more references that we can point to here) and the lead section is too short for an article of this length.
